So Nick, I have a question for you because, and, and then Mike pile onto this too.

And he, he was like, people are going to prefer to talk to voice AI agents rather than humans soon.

I don't know if it's just because I'm talking to like giant companies that haven't deployed this stuff yet, but from a consumer standpoint, like I have, I'm yet to have a good experience and I can't figure out why it's so bad because, and I think the thinking machines, you know, the ex open AI founder did the thinking machines and her whole thesis is to solve this problem.

I hear it on like the post voicemail, but like, why are, why, why does it feel so far? And maybe this is, we'll go to Nick and then Mike, like, why does it feel so far behind, you know, typical, like standard? I talked to the AI on a prom stuff.

Yeah, I think that my general view on this, and this is somewhat driven by what I've seen, honestly, somewhat driven by my personal experience, is that I think, I mean, look, it might have been you who said that, because I agree that I think that for transactional use cases, I think that most people will prefer to deal with AI.

A personal example, one of my doctors recently switched over to this and I always had the hardest time, such a pain in the ass to figure out like, do I have an appointment? When is it? Like I have to get ahold of, you know, the receptionist who never answers the phone
