Tonight we focus on the sport of netball and a young player from Nova Pioneer in Midrand.

will join us later and tell us about her netball journey as well as how South Africans and netball fans alike can assist in helping her get even closer to becoming a spa protea one day in the future.

In cricket, the protea's women have assembled as coach Mandla Mashimbi has named his side that will take on Zimbabwe next month.

That is in five T20 internationals.

We'll look at the side he named.

Lots of new players, some young players as well, and some experienced hands also.

We'll have that chat a little later on in the show.

The Betway Premiership returns tonight with just one fixture.

It's a catch-up from the opening weekend.

Sundowns up against Marumo Gallants.

I'll give you the sundown starting lineup in the sports news in a short while.

We don't yet have the Marumo starting lineup.

If sundowns win tonight by four goals or more, they will leapfrog Orlando Pirates and go to the top of the table.

But a win will put them level on points with Chiefs, Amazuru and Pirates as well.

So we'll keep an eye on that one for you.

Then one more sleep before coach Rossi Rasmus names his side that will take on the All Blacks at Ellis Park on Saturday.

If you want to give him some advice, well, which players would you suggest should be in the starting 15? Who do you leave on the bench? What sort of split should he have on the bench? Let us know your thoughts on that.

Of course, tomorrow night we'll announce the team and New Zealand also scheduled to name their 15 for the match and the eight who will sit on the bench.

So we will give you all that news tomorrow night as well.
