So that's a really fantastic opportunity.

We know about his career.

We know he was the first... black African coach to serve as head coach of a South African franchise.

He turned the Lions around remarkably and took them from a team of also-rans to winning a whole spate of domestic trophies.

So how exciting is it as an appointment for the Titans franchise?
