When you watch the documentary, although none of it was kind of new news, it was interesting to see her kind of take on where she was and the influences that were happening at that time, isn't it?

Yeah, I went on this show after I watched it and said, I know it may sound selfish, but it was like my own life flashing before my eyes.

That's exactly

how I said it.

Really? Really? Yes,

yeah.

Because I put up a post on my Instagram and I was quite emotional afterwards and I felt like it was – and I didn't mean to make it about me – But I was watching my life story from the age of 12 till now.

And it was the highs and the lows and relationships and good things, bad things.

And I was trying to explain it to my best friend and I was like, it's like having a friend your whole life and you've shared so many experiences together and she's always been there for me.

She just doesn't know that.

And you know, she's made really bad times good and she's made amazing times even better.

And, you know, it's a conversation I would like to have with her, but at the same time, not because I just think that's too much for one human being to sort of take in, you know.

You just almost mirror imaged what I said.

that's interesting.

It was like sitting with an old friend I've waited 40 years to talk to.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And that's why I haven't watched it again because, Carlos, and I don't want to get emotional again, but I was really upset with her, which is totally irrational, I know, that I was enjoying myself.

She'd got to Glastonbury and I sort of thought, well, I know where the story goes from here.
