Amy WilkinsHostWhat we're building at Spacely is not just an incredible product, right? It is this really incredible team of people who early on the CEO and myself were very much around kindness leads.
And I will tell you, there is not a moment where we are reserved, that we reserve our comments we actually, we can even be like, okay, you got to go deeper.
Like we all, all four of us, there's four co-founders, all four of us have had those moments.
And I think we all are so happy and thankful that we operate in this way and I don't think we would be where we are today if we didn't take that as serious as we do.

It's really great what you just said, this opportunity for people to know that they can say what they need to say.

We're stronger as leaders when we're not preventing people from actually telling us what they really think.

and maybe even what they feel because we need all of it because they're bringing their whole self into that conversation.
And modeling it for each other, because we're such a lean team, yes, we're modeling it for the folks who are working with us to build this, but we have to model it for each other.
And I think what's made us stronger is the fact that we can have those side conversations and we periodically ask each other, what can I do? to make your world easier today, even though we don't do the same things.
But is there something you need from me? What can I help you with? And it just makes such an incredible difference of that respect piece of it, because then we can come in when things don't feel right and really be pointy about it.

And it sounds to me like you were able as a team to choose each other to come together to create what you've created.
