Is there anything else that you want to share with our audience about your book or any other tips and tricks you want to share?

Yeah, I think I just, I really want for everyone to, to know that they probably have more control and agency over time than they may think.

I think sometimes we get into this thing where it's like the calendar is happening to me.

And I really want to encourage everyone to challenge accepted timelines, to question, does that meeting really need to be that long? When you're looking at your calendar, to have that clarity about what are my priorities, like where do I want to be placing my time and energy? What's on my to-don't list? What are the things that I don't want to be doing, right? Because if you have those two lists, if you have your priorities and you have your to-don't list, then you want to make sure that your calendar is aligned with those two things, right? And from a practical perspective, Amy, the thing that's saved me for years and years is this Friday check-in this week ahead check-in that I do on Fridays.

I always have time blocked out on Fridays to look at my calendar for the upcoming week because I want to make sure that I have that space for Kairos.

So I think that's, I'd love to leave your listeners with that because it's a mindset thing, but it's also tactical.
