Mitch JoelHostWhat do you think? Like, do you think it is generational, disruptively generational?

Yeah, I don't think if it's generational or cultural so much as because it seems to me that it's going to impact everybody in the organization at every level across departments.

So it's very hard for a business to say, we're going to ride this out and see where the real value is and deploy this slowly and strategically in a world where there is board pressure downward that I definitely see of like, what is the AI thing? How are we upskilling, reskilling, bringing the tools in, doing all this? So that creates a lot of make work.

In a world where we were on a bit of a different path strategically in terms of digital transformations and models like that, it was, we'll do a skunk work.

So that's one aspect of it where I think there's a lot of confusion because it's not like there's a use case of, oh, we're going to turn our brochures and physical materials into a website.

We're going to take what we've sold commercially to some type of digital commerce model.

I think you're right that there's an anxiety from people, which is it's almost like a lose-lose.

I'm not sure where my value goes because it's not being clearly described to me that, oh, When we train and upskill you with these tools, this is now your value.

And then you're right, the added stress of, and I'm being told it's going to ruin my kids.
