But what would you say were maybe the pros and maybe some cons of your time at AWS?
And I saw a willingness that I love, which was like to think big and dream big and think about like, what if we could change the government? What if we could make the world safer? What if we could, you know, make healthcare easier? lower cost and then like lean into, okay, how would you get started with a small two pizza team to try to test that theory and make it big? And so like, it really did in my early period and even the later period, like have this idea of like small teams can make huge impacts if empowered.
what a lot of people would say are the downsides is the pace and tempo are very high.
But I would offer like from my on, like it's nowhere near being deployed working, you know, seven days a week, 18 hours.
And so I felt like Amazon, the pace and tempo, um, didn't really bother me, right? I also was on a great team and had great leadership.
And so I absolutely love the mission of kind of helping, again, deliver technology to enterprises who are trying to make the lives better of people.
I mean, towards the end of my time there, you know, what I saw was the organization was kind of reprioritizing different things and I wanted to go a different direction.
