And now we'll get into a little bit more, too, about managing for Bend, Oregon, one of America's great towns.

And I'd love to hear what you're seeing in Asia and why it's so compelling.

So there's kind of two sides to making a decision to deploy capital uniformly in a single region.

So first of all, Asia accounts for more than 50%, more than half of the world's population.

But importantly, Asia this year, for instance, is going to account probably for about 60% of global GDP growth.

And from a sort of country-level balance sheet, debt to GDP in most of the region outside of Japan is roughly 30% to 80%, which is pretty comfortable.

And once we dig into the next layer of the market, we talk about equity markets.

More than, interestingly enough, more than half of all listed companies are in Asia, but only about one third of global market cap.

Either the stocks are cheap or the companies are small, and it's a little bit of both.

And there's less institutional participation, which for mispricing and digging up opportunities, it's probably it's pretty fertile ground.

And so I think that there's a lot of sort of alpha that lives in the region and certainly in many of the peripheral markets.
