And, you know, I'm interested to hear one of your earliest credits being something as big as Doom Patrol.

What were your early credits in the Atlanta theater community like? Do you feel like you hit the ground running as quickly with that as you did with film and TV?

Yeah, yeah, I do.

Right out of college, I auditioned for the Atlanta Unifieds, which, whoop, whoop, back, dope, everybody needs to do that, period.

That changed the trajectory of everything.

I did Atlanta Unifieds.

I got a lot of offers to come and audition for apprenticeships, Actors Express also being one.

Oh, no kidding.

I guess the draw to Serenbe is that artistic director, shall not be named, reached out to me and he was like, yo, your audition was great, beautiful.

This is what we're doing down here.

We're doing site-specific theater.

We built these sets here.

And I was like, oh my God, I see that vision.

That's super dope.

You know, I had no clue where I was going, but it just sounded really cool.

Like to be outside under the stars doing theater for people.

Absolutely.

Thousand percent.

So did my apprenticeship there.

It was crazy, but there were some beautiful moments.

It was very bittersweet for me.

I'll say that, which like, you know, I don't know if that's a hot take or whatever, but I had some really great moments down there.

I was always cast down there and I learned so much, like so much throughout my theater and met so many people and connections that I still have today.

Like people that I was sitting in under the stars, like on somebody's truck, just drinking some whiskey and now like, oh, this dude's on Broadway.

We talk all the time, you know, like stuff like that.
