Willow Nightingale: Mercedes Moné's Greatest Rival? + Carmelo Hayes Rumors & Kiera Hogan Return!

So we got a lot to talk about.

So let's talk about the drama first.

Word on the street is Carmelo Hayes could be released? I don't like it.

I do not like this at all.

There's a lot of people who you look at in pro wrestling, you say, okay, this guy's a good hand.

But then you also say, all right, that's a good wrestler.

Then you have some people who have character work, who just haven't been given the opportunity to really let loose, right? Then you have people who sit back and you say, let's just be patient.

And that's the way we've been feeling with Carmelo Hayes, right? Yeah.

Yeah.

First round draft pick on SmackDown a few years ago.

He was one of Cody Rhodes' first matches.

He helped Cody Rhodes get trained.

We know that.

The character work.

Even as United States champion, he had you entertained, not just what he was doing in the ring, but outside of the ring.

Now, the things with Trick Williams, we know that's a rivalry that could continue for years and years to come.

Why would this be a rumor? Well, hopefully that's all it is.

But I can see where...

it be in a room because we haven't been seeing him used a lot on WWE television.

And that's one of the things that I think is a miscarriage of justice.

Now, we had this conversation several months ago on the WrestleRoundNow podcast, folks.

And that question was this.

If Melo was in AEW right now, Would we see him in Kevin Knight's spots? Or similar, working together, right? You see Kevin Knight, he's main evented an AEW pay-per-view with Kenny Omega.

You've seen Kevin Knight in a prominent story.

This past week, I was there at Dynamite when he blew up the place.
