We get stuck in that thought process, and the self-sabotage actually becomes villainous behavior, which is the unintentional role we all play.
So as you were saying, self-ta- sabotage, the other word that came up is self-erasure, right? Like, that's another one of those words that I've learned throughout the [laughs]-
It's, it's a self-erasure because I can't show up the way that felt so natural to me, right? Felt so- Genuine for me, um, and so it's the self-erasure, and then you become a villain in your own story.
It's easy to look out in your world, in your relationships, and say, "Well, that's the villain in my story.
But in, in my story, you know, eventually I became the villain, and the person who-
... created a mindset around not being enough, not being, which is, uh, it's so, feels so, like, cliche.
Even I'm thinking back to even graduating with a master's degree and watching the young people around me with the same degrees, having all of these plans with what they were gonna do with that degree, and licensure, and very career-focused.
And even within the environment, I would watch them, like, how they moved through their day, and even their counseling sessions, and the hours they were a- all...
Like, [laughs] we have the same degree, we're the same age, but I want this with my life, and-
