Mad Cats

Yeah, I mean, last year, as we're talking about with the director's company, lots of classics, I guess.

I focused a lot more on classics, mainly because I didn't really find any good new films that I wanted to release.

And that's always has been the issue has been dwindling over the past few years.

And last year, the only new release was Punk Samurai, which was already five years old or more, I believe.

And now this year, starting off with some new films, three new films.

And, you know, I always wanted to do that.

I always wanted to have like new and old films mixed.

And in the past, it was mostly more new films than old films.

And yet, recently, it's become like 90% old films.

So I hope this year can rectify that.

yeah for sure i mean yeah i know like there's always an element of bias with this stuff because i tend to like pretty much everything you put out but these first three this year are all absolute bangers in my opinion um and yeah so it's gonna be really fun to talk about them um i guess you didn't get to see a whole heap of stuff that for you because we normally do an end of year kind of top 10 film list but as you said you had so much going on you didn't even have time to put one of those together did you

Yeah, I just didn't find 10 films that I like, to be honest.

So I'm sure.

Yeah, I mean, but, you know, please, I know you've got a list.

I don't even know what you're because I maybe you put it online or I didn't see it.

So I'd like to know what your 10 best 10 were of the year, just so I can at least take that in my mind.
