I was in my ASPC class last fall to get an advanced certification and heard people say, Yeah, well, the AI group is doing their thing and we're over here doing our thing.

And I was like, how? How is that even possible? So to hear that there are organizations that really are launching, the Scaled Agile CEO was saying, you are in the best position to be able to help that.

So, I would do an inspect and adapt, which includes the problem solving workshop that I mentioned, and see how you're doing, see how they're doing, and how are you doing together, and what opportunities do you have to improve.

So, that is a very, very, you know, in the heart of core scaled Agile thing to retrospect and act on it.

Scaled Agile's given us phenomenal frameworks now to be able to work off of.

And so if you're not accounting for that in your transformation, you're just not gonna be successful.

So the two would be inspect and adapt everything all the time, right? But inspect and adapt, and then go back to your interactions.
