I was really struck by Yangyang's, um, integration of systemic ideas with Buddhist principles, and it, it seemed like such a natural fit, this kind of idea of interconnectedness and really challenging this idea of this isolated self.
So if it, it took me somewhere much deeper in my, um, in the conceptual and kinda spiritual understanding of that.
And I, I really appreciated where Yangyang, um, carried us in that conversation.

I would also, um, I know we kind of spoke in general about his work and the PhD, which was really fascinating, but also a lot of it was based on the really amazing paper that he's written for the Journal of Family Therapy, which is called "Piloting a Narrative Mantra Multi-Clinician Group for Mental Health Clinicians at Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in London, UK," and that is in the Journal of Family Therapy, 2024.
