what I see, obviously what you've done takes a lot of courage because being that blunt and asking people straight up, you know, I want to do what you do help me and having the courage as, as a young person to, to ask very successful people, not only to come on your show, but then ask these personal questions.
Where does that courage come from? Because I think a lot of people are afraid of, um, When you ask a personal question like that, or you say what you want, that people won't appreciate it.
I think the techniques and mentorship I coach when it comes to people, it's super individual.
But the main thing that I always say, you know, I found a pattern that people let their fears control them.
Why are you stopping? It's like people be like, I go through hell, okay? You're still in hell, so continue walking.
You know, your body feels the same when it's excited as it feels when you have an anxiety or fear.
So you can make that to something more exciting because you should have super strong mindset and you should let the pain or the motivation on your reason why you're doing what you're doing and what you want to achieve be stronger and clear because that would definitely be heavier and stronger than the fears.
So for someone trying to, who wants to apply this, because obviously we all have fears in our lives.
