Same muscle growth, same strength increases, same performance increases as well, if I recall correctly.
Like, even if you're trained to be, get better at sprinting or jumping, you get similar benefits.
What if you're out in the wilderness and you need to perform a squat, and you've only been training with machines?
You, you, you're ranting right now, but the reason I included this one, because I know that the, the, what we have, uh, in regards to studies show s- that it really doesn't matter.
But I believe that if you're, uh, want to become an elite sprinter, you mentioned sprinters.
The studies we have on athletes are, they are not on the, the, the upper echelons of athletes.
And I'm always like, yeah, but what if we had decent studies on the top 10 of the Olympic Games? Uh, would they get the same benefits from doing, uh, leg presses, uh, instead of more advanced barbell lifts or unilateral work with dumbbells or kettlebells? I'm not so sure.
