Oh Mo | September 30, 2026

I wanna start the show here.

We decide, okay, I'll, I'll just, full disclosure, we decide on Monday we are gonna do the show early because Amazon invited us to, uh, the press conference for the launch of Wednesday Night Hockey, which starts tonight.

Yep.

And I would like to ask you guys how that went, 'cause I didn't go 'cause I had just got back from the hospital.

And I thought, "You know what? Maybe I'll just go home and sleep."

Yeah.

And anyway, uh, when you guys got there, a trade happens.

So Jesse and I were good little boys, and we sat, like near the front.

We sat nice and early.

[laughs] And, uh, as soon as everyone starts speaking, uh, we start getting, like taps on the shoulder.

David Alter, I think, was sitting behind us, and he taps us, and you're like, "Hey, check this out." And it's the Freedge tweet-

Mm-hmm

... of, uh, Leafs are deep into talks on Marchenko.

And immediately I'm like, I- I have to leave.

Yeah.

Like, [laughs] I gotta go home.

Yeah.

So I can, uh, make a video about this.

And right around the time I got home, it was finalized.

Nice.

Which is crazy.

Now, s- Jesse, there is a clip that I wanna play.

Uh although I hope it's, this is the right one.

I think I might have sent you the wrong one.

Um...
