Jennica MillsGuestBritta JoHostI just have to say, too, this was one of the things that once again blew me away when I first met with you and reached out to you about doing this episode.
And I originally came to you around TRE and your neurogenic yoga being like, my women have trauma.
We need to, you know, I want them to be able to get into their bodies and process it.
And something I will probably always be grateful to you for, Jennica, was you saying, well, whoa, whoa, whoa.
And you saying, let's give them this foundation of the orienting, the grounding first.
Because I think sometimes in the coaching wellness space, we are learning so much about our trauma.
But in some ways, going and feeling those big feelings when you are still activated can be its own form of re-traumatizing if you're not ready for that.

And I have a deep trust in everyone's organism to find its way, to pull, I know, to pull, it's like a curse, but to pulsate itself back to life.

The problem comes whenever we have been constricted and constricted and constricted and you can't do that and you can't be this and oh, there's fear and oh, you get reflections of it's not okay.

So what I'm offering is like, yeah, sometimes if we go too much too fast, try to like just blow that out of the water, which if you're over-functioning, which so many women are, so many people are, you just wanna get in there and do it You go like 11 out of 10.

You know, if ours, you know, ours go to 11, you go like way past 11. thing, that it can be then more difficult to digest all of this.

So, yes, I trust our organisms will find their way back to alive there because that's how it will happen as long as there's enough, you know, containment and safety.
