I have Spazio, which is a house club above Lenore's in downtown on Clematis.

And then we just opened a speakeasy inside the bathroom of Lenore's in Alton called Stanza, which is a listening lounge cocktail lounge.
we already know we have the papi chulos and we have blackbird together you know i've had clematis social for for god 28 years it started as monkey club in 97 and then um end up turning it into dr feel goods with the lead singer motley crew i know probably you guys don't know a lot of motley crew but The lead singer and I became partners in that business venture for about five or six years.
And then in that industry, obviously in the bar and nightclub industry, you know, they have a shelf life.
So you kind of have to kind of like factor in the fact that every so many years, you've got to change the concept, rebrand it.
And so Monkey Club turned into Feel Goods, turned into Pawn Shop, is now Clamato Social.
um and it's all about timing you know i've always been able to convince my you know i've always been able to understand the timing of of downtown west bond beach and so in another year if i wanted to re-concept it would be about that time because a lot of new businesses have opened but you never want to be the first right so you want those businesses to open and then you want to be the last or you want to be almost at the very end Because as these businesses open, they thrive, you want to bring all that business back.
And so I've always paid myself back many times over at that business because of the fact that I was first there in 97.
So for me to reconcept, it's a smaller investment than most of the individuals that are investing in downtown West Palm.
had to name all my brands, I probably would forget a few, but I'm going to try.
My second was Lost Weekend in South Beach, which is still open today, 30 years.
My third was The Lounge on Clematis Street, which was a jazz cocktail lounge.
