There's usually a moment, I think, when a woman, I don't know if she realizes that she's gone missing from her own life, but she might sit and think like, "What am I actually doing?" Like, what does that look like for you? Or is it a moment that you think or do you think it's just compounding?

And it's very easy for us to put ourselves on a back burner and not realize it until we're so far in it and we're like, "Wait, who am I? What am I doing?"

"Why do I feel stressed? Why do I feel as though I'm drown..." A lot of women are drowning, and a lot of times it shows up in our surroundings and our appearances, and a lot of times we don't even realize it.

You know what's funny? I had lunch today with a colleague, and we were talking about, you know, where we were.

I've known her since, we figured it out, I think 2009, and so we're in different places.

And we were looking at pictures of ourselves from back then and, you know, going forward, you know, five, 10, 15 years behind today.

And it's funny looking at pictures, I think I've put them up in previous podcasts of myself, where you wouldn't even recognize my face was so inflamed because I was so overwhelmed and stressed, and I don't think we realize what a toll it takes on your body until-

... you're out of it and then you're like, "Oh my goodness," like I don't even recognize myself.

And looking back, I don't remember being that way until I'm looking back and going, "Now I remember," and I remember what my mindset was at the time.

Yeah, and I can relate to you when you say that, and for me when I said in the beginning I'm present because so many times I wasn't where my feet were and I'm looking back at it like you said, and it's just like, oh my goodness, for myself, I didn't like myself.

I thought I was just so big and fat and things like that, but in reality I wasn't.
