What happens when the life you've worked so hard to build suddenly falls apart? In this episode of The Shaman Stories Podcast, Jeremy sits down with Rebecca Lazzelle, author, retreat host, and…
Rebecca LazzelleGuestJeremy ChimbertHostYeah, and there's a lot of things I wanted to touch on 'cause I, I like the way you said, um, you know, you didn't have, you know, the miraculous one session and made everything better.
It's those little moments where a week later in between your appointment you're like, "Oh, I feel lighter," or, "I'm not feeling the jaw pain." It, it takes a while to notice that sometimes, and it's, it's important to look at that.

And sometimes it's not even the thing you were working on, right? And so that's another thing I've experienced is, like, I had this woman who was like, "I've got this, like, left elbow thing that, like, flares up and there's nothing there," you know, and, like, whatever.

And she, but she didn't tell me she had, like, a hip thing, and two weeks into our session she's like, "So we hadn't gotten to it yet 'cause we were working on the elbow, but, like, my hip's actually, like, decreased in, um, like, locked up.

Like, it's, like, more flexible than it's been in a really long time." And I was like, "You know, all, like, I'm not, I'm not certified in-- I'm not an acupuncturist.

Like, I don't have a great grasp or understanding of all the meridians and how all the energy is, like, connected.

All I know is when you least expect it, working on one thing usually impacts something else [chuckles] that we're not, that we're not thinking of, right?" And it's, it's beautiful when that happens.
But, and you said it, too, where it's like, you know, energy work, 'cause I believe the same thing, energy work and therapy go hand in hand.
