The prompt injection Jesse Anglen describes takes one line of fine print at the bottom of a website. It tells any agent that reads it to drop its instructions and email out whatever credentials sit in…
Yeah, you know, on the security space, we notice a lot of like, when you think about business and you think about like, oh, you know, you always hear these stories about, oh, the board of directors is like, use AI.
And then the security team over there on the side is like, wait, hang on, hang on a second.
Isn't it a two-sided thing with the security side of stuff? Because you have the internal side,
But isn't there another side where all of a sudden, for the first time in history, people who have never had the ability to actually do like penetration hacking or even social engineering, like all of that stuff has has exploded in its ability.
Like, like it's, I feel terrible for guys working in security right now because I can, I could think of like, I don't have the ability to do like serious black hat hacking.
I've never learned that skill, but with the current AIs that exist, man, you can do some insane, insane stuff just as a normie who's never done it before.
Do you just tell it to go do it? And it's like, Oh, the barrier to entry is gone.
That also means, in terms of security, it means that the cost of breaking in and breaching and being a hacker is also going to zero.
