The Search: Season 3, Episode 72 - Dylan Hoyle, Founder @ Vector

Yeah.

Awesome.

I appreciate you having me, uh, having me on the pod, Elliot.

Um, my name is, is Dylan Hoyle, so I'm the founder of Vecta.

Uh, Vecta is a, a search firm that's focused exclusively within the early stage VC-backed AI and infrastructure sector.

So typically, we focus on two arms of the business.

One is helping them on the go-to-market side, sales, marketing, customer success.

The other arm of the business is on products and engineering.

So AI researchers, ML engineers, full stack back-end, the, the whole suite.

Um, we're a new business.

Fortunately for me, I've got Kayman helping me, uh, build the team.

So excited-

Yep

... to get into it on the pod.

Awesome, mate.

Awesome.
