It's very interesting when the US Department of Education sends out press releases these days, because it's generally good news, even if it's bad news.

You may be scratching your head, but let me tell you about this story, and it has local applicability, which I will get to in just a moment.

US Department of Education and US Justice Department reaffirm that parents are not terrorists, have the right to direct their children's education.

Are you paying attention, Chandra Hayes? Are you paying attention, Albemarle County School Board? I know you monitor the program.

Um, today, the US Department of Education and Department of Justice sent a joint letter to all state attorneys general, that would include, uh, shoot 'em up Jay Jones, reaffirming the Trump administration's commitment to protecting parental rights, which the Democrat Party, generally speaking, most elected Democrats, and certainly Attorney General Jay Jones disagrees with.

They believe the state is your god with a small G and your parent with a small P.

The letter puts attorneys general on notice that parents have the right to know and be informed of the most sensitive and personal information pertaining to their children.

The Ed Department and Justice Department announced a new enforcement action against Los Angeles Unified School District for policies that require staff, remember this now, to keep sensitive information hidden from parents.

The area, uh, era of silencing, harassing, and targeting parents, that's over, and their rights under federal law are non-negotiable.

Five years ago, the Biden administration weaponized the FBI to investigate parents who attended school board meetings, including setting up a dedicated snitch line, these despicable, horrible people led by that puppet.

Uh, the infamous October 4th memo came after the Biden White House coordinated with the National School Boards Association, another reason not to trust them, to label parents as domestic terrorists.

Under the Biden administration, this memo continues, a press release from the Department of Education, Department of Justice.

Under the Biden administration, parents were the enemy, labeled as terrorists, targeted, investigated by government, weaponized against them.

The Trump administration is acting with unprecedented energy and purpose to restore parents' natural rights.
