That's such a great example, and I'm glad you gave us that example because one of the benefits of going to college – and you alluded to this at the outset – one of the benefits of going to college is not only to get a great education, to get a degree, to launch yourself in a satisfying and lucrative career – that all goes without saying – But you're also perhaps a little more connected to society in terms of giving back, being a volunteer.

And what better organization to volunteer with than the one that helped to bring you along? So obviously what you're doing works.

We have lots of proofs of performance, and it's quite wonderful to see that and experience it.

One of our alumni is now working with BlackRock that has been supporting us with volunteers and some funding.

So it's just a remarkable story and we hope that those kinds of things keep on going.

That must be so satisfying to you as CEO and for your board to say, you know, we were successful and these kids are coming back and we've sown the seeds that these kids are going to be able to continue doing this 10, 20, 30 years out.

It's fun because we also have alums or college students who say, you know, my cousin's now going to go to college.
