I think one of the things I've thought, and I've known you for a while, and we've talked through a lot, and I was just thinking about...

You and I, a couple, I remember I had done, you know, I did something to upset you.

But you were able to come with me to me in a very kind way and just simply say, this is what's bothering me.

And I think and both of and I was like, oh, my gosh, I didn't I didn't even think about that.

I'm sharing this because the way you approached it, you didn't come, you know, as as angry or resentful or, you know, condemning.

You came to me directly and said, hey, can we talk about this? And I still think of that example because I feel like that's one beautiful example of regulated nervous system, secure attachment, you know, facing the protector parts of us that tell us all these stories about somebody else.

You really approach life in a way where it's a journey, right? And it seems like this, you don't question the process.

You keep taking one step at a time along the the path of learning, discovering, not pretending.

And this isn't you, but you know, like you don't pretend like you know it, you know it all.
