And today we wanna delve into a really big topic and try to get this somewhat consolidated in the context of understanding some of the biggest challenges that a lot of people have with their health, and that is specifically around parasites.

Now, Dr. Kidder, most people hear the word parasites, and they may really think, "That can't be me.

Um, "That's not something that really should be a part of my health picture at all.

I live in America," right? Why do you think that's one of the biggest misconceptions that people can have about their health?

It can come from untreated water, right? Do you ever s- swim in any body of water that's not a chlorinated, brominated pool? You know, do you swim in rivers and lakes and ponds and all of that? So, you know, water in our drinking water can also be, you know, a source.
