But I didn't log... mean i didn't log my swims properly because like how do you i mean it's tough to do that anyways training peaks i think can get better at swimming analytics it just goes off your threshold pace but you gotta like wear your watch and i don't wear my watch in the pool i just run drill mode and then i put in the

do any of that at all i just put the distance and the time and then i think it just like assumes i swam at that exact speed the whole time so it thinks i swim like 150 per 100 meters yeah so i definitely don't get the swim stuff but it's still consistent because i always do it that way so my overall fitness and fatigue and form numbers should be still still like comparable to what i've done in the past and right now my fitness is apparently only 112.
race.
Whoa!

Okay, well, I can tell you that if you don't have your zones updated properly, like

FTP, run pace, swim pace, heart rates, all that stuff, it uses the data to adjust all of these numbers.

So if your data's not coming in properly or the zones aren't set properly, that might be why your data is a bit askew.

It's the run numbers that might be a bit off, and then the swim I'm not putting much in.
