It made me think, right, like, if we do have those three, say, for example, three interest rate rises happen.

So when I was looking to purchase, like last year, when we had a number two years ago, I think on $600,000 the repayments were about $3,200.
And if we get three more interest rate rights – interest rate rises, that'll take us to around a $4,000 mortgage per month for only a $600,000 borrow, which is nothing.

You know, that's maybe half a tank or three quarters of a tank depending on what car you drive.

You know, if you have a fuel allowance, you know, your fuel allowance is gone, you'll have another $100 somewhere else as well.

From like a negative standpoint, like if I'm a home seller now, I'm definitely listening to the market.
She said that's a median of a $70,000 deduction on your borrowing capacity at $600,000.

so if you've got a house on the market at $700,000 and you take away $70,000 or even first-time buyers, right? Most first-time buyers are at $600,000 and that's their absolute maximum borrowing capacity at the moment, which I'm seeing in the market.

The market won't drop that much, but- you are taking a massive buyer pool out of the market.

So if I'm a home seller now, I'm making sure that everything is marketed correctly, every single piece of content is done and it is out there.
