Botanic Ridge

That's how this goes.

Cameron is in Botanic Ridge.

Cameron, do you have your tin hat on?

I do, Jonesy and Amanda.

We're selling properties anywhere.

Our median sale price is $1 million, but occasionally we'll sell them for $1.2, $1.5. And you see some of these homes which people are spending $1.5 million for in Botanic Ridge, which is a great area.

But then you see that you could buy a house that's older on a 600 square meter block in Mount Eliza you know, for a similar price.

Yeah, I agree,

Now, the interesting – actually, what was your first job that you won as Kuda?

First job, Botanic Ridge Shopping Centre.

It's a newer shopping centre out near behind Clyde.

We did a school in Botanic Ridge.

Okay.

What an absolute shit job.

I said, do you need a quote? Or she goes, oh, what's the hourly rate? And I just said, oh, look, I'm here.

I'll do it for you, you know, providing next time you need something.

difference.

Chris in Botanic Ridge.

Hi, Chris.

Hi, guys.
