We think it's the sort of premier training facility, so it's nice to see good horses stepping out and representing Southside Racing.

Narrow Warren, Cranbourne, Roxburgh Park, Pagnum.

Those are all those high-growth suburbs.

Then Ballarat.

And then we go to Liverpool in New South Wales, and then Toowoomba in Queensland, and then Tarn is in Victoria, and Westmead in New South Wales, and Southport up in Queensland, and Cooma up in Queensland.

Zetland in New South Wales, Cranbourne in Victoria, Mount Druitt in New South Wales, Campbelltown, Bundaberg, Ipswich.

I mean, you can sort of get the feel for some of the areas that actually the rental stress is huge, right? And yeah, if you talk to people who have got a mortgage at the moment and they're struggling, they are absolutely scared that of selling up because they know that they go into the rental sector and they wouldn't be able to afford to actually rent.

All of those are high-growth corridors and areas around the Dandelions and places like that.
