Ravi AbuvalaHost
I-- One of my favorite things to do in the entire world, I say this in multiple videos, but one of the things I value the most in this world is quality time with my friends and family, and one of the ways that I do that, I do that in multiple ways.

So how do I build systems to make that happen? We talked a lot about yesterday about the feedback loop, which is funny because I know that I freaking-- I watched the video afterwards and I saw that it didn't cut over when I was talking about the feedback loop.

Uh, you take an action, it has an effect, and then you measure w- uh, that effect.

Was it good? Was it bad? Could your action change? Could it be better? Could it be worse? Et cetera, et cetera.

They don't create time to be able to analyze their actions that they're taking, the effects they're having to figure out should this be...

You know, 'cause, uh, they're gonna blink their eyes and 10 years down the road they're gonna wonder how they got here.

And, uh, the way that you-- once you understand, uh, this action is good and this action is bad, then you build systems around it to reinforce it, to stabilize it if you will.

So in my example here that I'm talking about with the, uh, my probably number one thing being quality time with friends and family, I've learned that enough and when I don't get any quality time with friends and family, I get depressed, I get sad, I get upset, whatever else it is.

I'm, I always either buy the house or create the house that everybody wants to hang out at.

So the reason why I custom built a 10-person sauna and got a $9,000 cold plunge and built an entire, uh, outdoor bonfire section and also the reason why I bought, um, uh, $800,000 boats, it's all because I want- My place to be and for me to be where people love to come and hang out.

And sure, am I bribing my friends by coming over here? [chuckles] Maybe, you know, maybe I am.
