Casey CheshireGuestStevenHostThat's really exciting.
And it keeps, I guess, it keeps you fresh.
It keeps your perspective fresh.
As you said, it keeps that passion going.
So that's a nice little segue then.
I'd like to dive a little bit into Ringmaster and talk about kind of the work that Ringmaster does.
So some of the content you put out there, you talk about focusing on helping B2B brands build these authentic connections through the podcasting.
Obviously, I'm I'm on a podcast right now.
I'm interested in your thoughts about why you think podcasting can be such an effective tool for marketers.

And this was something that after going through and spending decades being a traditional B2B marketer, realizing, man, we're playing games.

We're saying, hey, can I have your attention? You know, I want to steal your attention.

And then once I get your attention, I'm going to sort of like push you into getting on a sales call with my sales rep.

And I've worked with some partners where they're just like, they will not stop asking until you get on a call, right? They're just playing these games, making these tricks.

Even I was guilty of the sending these emails to try to get you on a call, right? All these things that I thought, man, this is just, oh, it's a grind, right? Or go to a trade show, give out a blanket.

Maybe the right person gives it to the other person who tells the other person who's the decision maker about your company.

And then when I had that chance to launch a podcast, I just did it for thought leadership.
