In this episode, our hosts discuss what goes into having the PERFECT peak on stage, for female athletes. In Tyler Manion's recent Olympia recap, this was an important topic of discussion, therefore…
Yeah, two other things.
I think, as you mentioned, that Amy was a little blurred in the midsection.
I think that he was talking about with the leanness part with that.
And when it came to Laura Lee, he said she looked a little flat.
He goes, but it could have just been the way she was hitting her front pose as well.
And I know we had, because we're in a text group chat, and we were sending pictures back and forth yesterday.
And I noticed something initially about her front pose.
And I asked Lexi, because Lexi, you know, knows a lot about this stuff.
And I said, you know, does she always pose like that? Lexi was like, nope.
And so this will be fun to kind of dive into it.
Absolutely.
So let's, it's a little shocking to hear Tyler say that the reason Laura Lee didn't win might've been her posing when we consider her to probably be the best poser, at least stage presence wise.
Yeah.
you know, right up there with Maureen.
Maureen and her are probably the queens of like grabbing your attention and holding it.
But to think that Laura Lee was not executing her front pose, I thought, well, yeah, it did seem like when we kept looking at her, something was off.
And then when I pulled up, okay, so I'm going to say her best look of the year, if you guys agree with me, was Pittsburgh.
That was her comeback and she beat Amy.
So it was, you know, a really tough lineup.
And she was she stood out.
And I honestly like that day when she came out, I was like, whoa, it's over.
So I'm going to pull that picture up right now and then we'll do a little screen share
here.
One thing I would say about Tyler's recaps, too, with this, and this is why I really just have a lot of respect for Tyler and how he goes over it.
He talks about the people who were in contention to win.
