Anyhow, what's the topic of today? Today I thought about, you know, I've had quite a few, so I have a handful, not too many, because I didn't kind of get myself out of trading time for money in one business to then do the same in another.

So, although I do do some one-to-one coaching, but it's only for a handful of select individuals by application and really with kind of larger firm owners.

And actually, I've been having conversations with a few of them and some patterns are emerging.

And there's a couple that I'm working with at the moment where the big focus is on pricing.

And although I talk about pricing a lot, if you've been following me for any length of time, you'll know it's one of my favorite subjects.

And that's often the hard part when you're running a business as a busy firm owner where you're getting involved in everything, actually being able to zoom out and look at your business from outside in to figure out, okay, well, you're doing a million and one things.

What are the things that you should actually be working on that's going to move the needle forward for you in the business? And that's why it pays to invest in someone to be able to do that with you, like a coach, to be able to zoom out.

Like you probably give your clients the best advice in terms of strategic planning and coaching and having those conversations.

But how often do we give that advice to ourselves? Not just give the advice to ourselves, to heed the advice ourselves.

And that's why, you know, I've always invested in, since I discovered mentoring back in 2014, every single year, I've invested in myself and in, in mentoring and coaching and reading and listening and every single day without fail I am investing in my learning because ultimately that is what's going to help me to grow my business to give me the life that I want and I encourage you to do the same I mentioned last week that I've actually booked on to go travel all the way across the world.
