Joni GoodmanGuestIf you haven't mentioned it already, what was that leap that you had to rappel off to get there?

But I think the biggest leap that I can now articulate after processing through it is self-trust.

And that is the third step of the Rappel framework, which is reason, is to be able to trust yourself and to use discomfort as a growth catalyst instead of resisting it.

A lot of people ask you to take a step out of your comfort zone, yet nobody wants to do that.

And literally, that's what was happening when I was rappelling off the building.

And also, to extend that out, you really can't trust other people until you trust yourself first.
In terms of the actual repelling, what was that experience like for you in terms of even extracting some of these kind of more deep messages? Yes.

So my, what I had to really connect to was my true purpose in doing it in the first place.

And This was, I actually didn't do it to write a book or to come up with this Rappel framework.

And one link in my family of origin was to my paternal grandfather, who was a World War II veteran.
