You didn’t think we were going to leave you hungry on a Friday afternoon did you? That’s not how we do things at The Paulie & Dev Show! Paulie and Dev are breaking down Episode 3 of *The Traitors…
It was a situation where, I hope this isn't a theme, but this has happened to me before in shows where I just am getting stuff wrong a lot, and I thought for sure Xavier was going to win this battle, and I was completely wrong again.
What were your immediate takes just, like, when they're sitting there as we're watching
it? Are you talking about, like, while they're sitting there going through, like, here's the book, I got it, now I gotta get it to where I gotta bring it? Or, like, when Alan is, like, and the person murdered is...
I thought they came at it from two completely different angles, but loyalty ended up winning.
Now, in my mind, I was thinking, Xavier has done a really good job of planting some seeds here on the doubt of Katie, which we watch does grow into a tiny little shrub later in the episode.
I guess the question is, when they're giving their pitches before the announcement is made, who did you think was staying?
I think this works out in the Traders' favor 1,000%, even though I think Xavier would have played a much more aggressive Traders game for the current Traders because of what he did to Katie and Tamika clocked that.
it would have ultimately led to somebody's demise, if not all of their demise.
But in this way, it also benefits Tameka and Joe because Xavier already did their work of planting the seed of doubt on Katie, so now they don't have to do it.
So when it ultimately does fall back on Katie, unless Katie's this masterful... which she could be.
Yeah, it was a risky move, which we kind of chatted about in our season two, or excuse me, episode two recap.
