So what other things came out of your learning about Bowen Theory that impacted how you did your family? How you did you in your family?

I was thinking about, you know, in Bowen Theory, we talked about defining ourselves.

And I was thinking about all of the different, relationships within which I was defining myself.

So with my wife, right? Early on, my wife would say things like, oh, you're going off to your cult meeting now, you know, whenever I would go to Washington for the seminars.

has done her own thinking and reading and work with that and comes to it in her way.

And so we were comfortable saying to our kids, you know, I think about it this way.

And if that doesn't develop anything, then we're going to try it this way.

And that freedom for both of us to define ourselves differently in the family was important.

I love that example, Michael, of you not putting the pressure on her to do it the way you were, your new learning and that you were pushing it onto her.

And that's so different to most of the parenting advice out there on needing to be on the same page.
