You had a plan. You knew what needed to happen. Maybe it was hiring support, finishing a project, creating content, or finally making a decision you've been putting off. But somehow, your actions didn't align with your intentions. If that sounds familiar, you're going to love this conversation. Today I'm joined by Danielle McGeough, coach, professor, and creator of the Stuck Assessment. Danielle helps people uncover what's really keeping them stuck and teaches simple rituals that help them move forward. If you've been feeling frustrated because you know what to do but can't seem to get yourself to do it, this conversation will help you identify what's really going on and give you practical ways to start making progress.
