Yeah, I think really it's the thing that has given me the skills needed to be successful.

I mean, look, some of the things that are critical to being a successful business owner, it's not just having a good Pre-planning everything that goes into pre-launch, just like any mission, right? All the pre-planning that goes into it.

But there's also, once you get it kicked off, it's that discipline to stick with it, that zero defect mentality.

mentality, right? Where, where failure is not an option, right? It just isn't an option.

But I have a wonderful, and I can give you the link.

It's a meal planning worksheet to create a food storage.

And you're just using the meals that you're already eating to start to stock up.

And the goal for the worksheet is to have 10 meals.

I got 60 pounds of potatoes that I harvested and shared with some friends and the refrigerator stock.

of the things that I'm planning on doing next year is doing a street wide potato planting party.

Oh, Greg, I want to be your neighbor.

So, you know, is there a good time? And yeah, we would typically recommend doing it.

If you're planning to draw in 2027, convert in 2026, it gives you that minimum amount.

You know, you don't pay withholding tax on the minimum.

You pay tax, still taxable income.

Right.

We don't, we, yeah, that's what we're trying to avoid.

And so, yeah, it, And for tax planning, if you want to take it from the RSP or the RIF, that's what's recommended.

And if we're taking it from the market, if you don't have that cash wedge and you're taking it directly from the market, you're probably not going to want to be doing that withdrawal from the RIF in that year if the market is down.

On the contrary, however, the new way makes very much less work and makes results 100% more certain.

It is not necessary even that more thought be put upon the garden, but forethought there must be.

Forethought, however, is much more satisfactory than hind thought.

In the new way of gardening, there are four great helps, four things that will be of great assistance to the experienced gardener and that are indispensable to the success of the beginner.

They are the planting plan, the planting table, the checklist, and the garden record.

Planification and organization, follow-up and evaluation, communication and report, develop and support, build and manage.

So I'll just talk about that second one, monitoring and evaluation.

To be effective in supervision, you should keep your eye on the action.
