Well, I'm going to be brutally honest in today's podcast because there are obviously going to continue to have to be boundaries that we put in place for ourselves to protect our own energy, our health, our well-being.

Because this keeps a lot of women stuck, is that rock on the hard place of, I so want to feel at my best and have all of the energy and not feel bloated and be able to wear the outfit and sustain my progress.

But I also want to be able to eat, drink and just chill the way the kids and the hubby seem to be able to do.

Whether it's the hubby and the kids or whether it's the friends or whoever else.

But for 80% of the time, even during summer, we still got to show up for ourselves in a way that keeps us at our best.

But let me tell you this, and I've said this inside of our community this week, is that what we fear missing out on, whether it's that extra glass of wine, the piece of cake, the slice of whatever it is that you fear missing out on, it ain't never going to feel as good as feeling in the shape of your life and being able to stay there.

And once you can move past instant gratification, ladies, that is when the results will come through thick and fast.

That is when you will be well and truly in your own lane and you won't fear missing out or You won't constantly be checking on what other people are doing and feel as though you're depriving yourself because it's not depriving ourselves.

It's a choice to live in alignment with this better, healthier version of yourself.

Something else that I've said inside of our community this week, and it's just a reminder really, is that your body doesn't change based on the seasons.

Just because it's winter, our body doesn't all of a sudden decide it's going to start storing body fat.

Just because it's summer, summer holidays, our body doesn't all of a sudden just decide it's going to go backwards on progress.

Your habits and your behaviours are what determine your physical results, always.

So if you know that your body goes through massive fluctuations based on the season, You know, spring you might lose the weight, summer you might gain the weight, autumn you might lose the weight, winter you regain the weight.
