Sandra Birchmore, Gypsy Rose and Bryan Kohberger: Whose Ruling Counts

So who gets to use the word overdose? Was anybody surprised when immediately Gypsy says overdose on day one before the cops say it out loud? A lot of folks think, well, she's getting ahead of the game.

Some may say she knew him well, and maybe that's where that comes from.

What was your guys' read when that kind of dropped?

Well, I will say this.

When she immediately came out with Overdose, I think she wanted to put herself into the story, front and center, and wanted to be the authority on the story, if you follow me.

Yeah.

She she can't.

She wasn't there at the time.

So she can say overdose, but she can't prove that right now.

We have to have the police reports in order to get that.

However, I think she had to be because of her.

I don't want to say psychological upbringing, but because of how her psychological mind works, she has to be in the forefront of this.

She has to be the center of attention.

And is that just a desire for attention or is that trying to control the story? Because that's what is being read kind of two different ways.

I mean, it could be a combination of the two.

But is it I mean, is is the lever of I need to tell everybody this version for some other reason? Or is it I need to tell everybody this version because I'm the star of this damn show.

And if it surrounds me, I better be front and center.

I think it's I actually think it's a combination of both, Tony.

And I also think it reminds me a lot of the 911 calls we hear often in some of these cases where people are trying to put information out there to clear their name.

You know, we just had it happen in what's the one that we're covering right now? We're the Caleb Flynn story, right? Right.

Yeah.

Call 911.

And instead of just giving details about something happened to his wife, his wife, his dad, blah, blah, blah.

He's going off giving a timeline of everything he's done in the past 24 hours to kind of cover his ass.

Yeah.
