Are, are you guys utilizing AI within your business anywhere? And so we know about the, the great AI boom that's taking place within our economy and within the world, um, in general.

How are you guys implementing AI within your businesses?

Yeah.

So, uh, that, that, that question is, is, is very important, uh, to everybody.

Uh, I call it a... we are in a honeymoon, uh, season with the AI things, uh, till we get to the point where, uh, we, we come to the, the normalcy.

But within our business, AI help, is helping us a lot.

Uh, there are certain, uh, tasks, routine tasks that we do every day that we're trying to create agent that can help with, like just go online, just, just go on, on broker, uh, database and search for deals that, um, that fit our criteria.

AI is helping us to do that.

Uh, certain information, data that we need on a market, uh, it-- we have agent that is helping us to, to get all of that.

So we, we, we have quite, uh, significant involvement of AI in our business, but that doesn't stop us or that doesn't replace what we really do, which is, uh, we are really in charge of analyzing the deals, um, looking into the projections and all of that.

Uh, it's human.

It's me, it's my team who is doing that.

Uh, AI is just helping us doing the, the information gathering, and then we could, we could just, uh, take that and do the re- the real work with it.

Okay.

And which AI platform are you guys seeing that's providing the most value to you guys?

I, I, I don't, I don't wanna do any advertisement, but I believe that, uh, whether you're using Google AI or, or, or, or, or Anthropic or, or ChatGPT, uh, if you know how to, to, to come out with your prompt or your agent, you may be able to get the same result.

I, I haven't seen a huge difference between a, all those platform when you have a, a, a good prompt.

Some may have a little future from there, the, from there that doesn't, uh, that not every other has, but that difference doesn't fundamentally change the, the outcome if you, if you know what you are doing with the AI platform.

Yeah.

I'm not seeing a whole lot of difference myself, um, either.

And I have been experimenting with Claude a little bit more here as of recent.

And I, I loveHow much it digs.

Um, ChatGPT is pretty, pretty good as well.

Um, and also Google, like you said.

I mean, everything is just getting...
