If the idea of recording yourself on video makes your stomach drop a little, you are not alone.

So today we're going to make video feel a whole lot less scary with two simple shifts.

And we'll tell you about one agent who recorded a single imperfect video and turn that into $8,300 in commission.

so welcome back to the modern insurance agent podcast today we're excited for to dive in and this one is for anybody who avoids video especially like the plague like don't make me get on camera don't make me post i'm scared of it i'm afraid of it someone pulls out their camera phone uh camera they're all camera phones at this point so Someone pulls out their phone and you immediately start running.

But, you know, it's... everybody can find flaws in themselves right like we all grew up looking in the mirror looking at stuff we all have our own likes uh things we're self-conscious conscious about so anytime we see or hear ourselves it's kind of like i sound like that i look like that but that's not how others perceive it so when you hear your own voice and think you know oh uh i don't really like the way i sound uh you know if that's you i think that's pretty much everybody in existence

And does this really matter? Why are we taking a whole episode to talk about this?
