But some of the stuff that's been happening out there in the surf world, like Slater's, and we're a bit late to this party, but holy moly, surviving those wipeouts and the body sort of, the body surviving that at the ages that, we were just talking about like aging, weren't we, before the show, is unbelievably inspiring.
Because you know what it does? It doesn't go, oh yeah, I'm going to surf that wave.
Like the wave is breaking below the surface of the water because of the topography of that sort of coastline or bathometry or whatever they say.
But it gives you a sense that whatever level, whatever your version of that is for yourself, it's still to come, right? Because Slater has done everything in the surfing world and now he's still
And you know what the key to his success has been? There was an episode we did probably 20 or so ago when I was a bit more obsessed with pubic hair and Kelly Slater, one of our listeners, I think it's Laird, Kelly and who was the movie star? Chris Hemsworth.
And then, obviously, Rob Machado would have some kind of, like, full 70s porn star bush.
And if you meet him, you've got to be, like, anointed with oil so you don't pass on.
