So I-I'll start by the fact that our mindset, and I think generally speaking, uh, on the global mindset, you always need to have this mindset of you don't know what you don't know, right? And in payroll, in employment, in compliance, in obviously all of the liabilities, it's even harder because we assume that we understand things the way that they work in, in our home country.

And the simplest example that I always give people is that if three of us currently are in the US and you wanna send me one dollar, it's gonna take you less than ten seconds to do that, okay? And you have multiple tools and way.

But if I'm currently in the UK and you wanna send me one dollar, it's gonna take you probably a day, maybe three days, and it's gonna cost you much more than one dollar.

And because this is where we don't live on the same ecosystem, and those simple actions are becoming extremely complicated when you are eventually crossing the borders.

And this is our mindset in payroll, is first, I, I think the main thing is, obviously, we don't want to step in the room of any HR or finance and frighten them and tell them, "You are not able to do this, you are not able to do that," or, "It's extremely complicated." We need to take this complexity and make it extremely simple.

Uh, this is why, and I'm sure that we, we are going to talk about AI, but I'll give a very good example that we just released, uh, uh, recently.

We released our, uh, one, our agentic compliance knowledge base, and this knowledge existed in Papaya since day one.

By the way, this is the first go-to and marketing and client tool that we generated when we were a bootstrap company.

But the main thing that this is trusted, and this is updated, and you can see when it was last updated, and you can understand this is trusted.

And this is where you gain your knowledge because you also don't want to go to any management meeting and present things that are not based on facts.

Or you don't want to find out half an hour after you sign the contract in China that this person cannot be terminated without a year of severance because you are-- you just created a huge liability to the company.

And then we translated this whole knowledge base into agentic kind of compliance knowledge base, where you can ask questions on... as the similar experience that we currently all have with our AI tools.

But you can also bring your own policy, so this is where we take your word and translate it locally.

Expenses is the biggest nightmare that every payroll person have because sometime paying fifty dollars takes you five hours of work.

So we are kind of taking you through this knowledge gap very, very easily, and obviously with the wonders of AI, making it extremely simple to all of a sudden see how things looks on the other side.

And then even if you don't understand the nuance, you understand the differences, and then we can eventually walk through and obviously kind of explain the nuance.

But we are starting from the baseline that we understand that there are differences.
