Every shop has standards. The hard part isn't writing them down, it's *keeping them from slipping*. In this episode Paul Barnes and I get into how standards quietly erode, why that erosion costs a lot…

right?
And I wanna talk about what do we do to prevent that slippage? What do we do to identify that slippage? What do we do once that slippage starts to happen? Really some of the cost of the delays that go with that slippage, because it can be a real impact to your business.
So those delayed decisions in my mind, they don't really just kind of stay neutral.
And so what can we do to combat that? What can we do to get ahead of it and stay in front of it to make sure that we're not having to fight those things? And once we see them, making sure that we make decisions very
