And so-

Ooh, I love that, 'cause I think we can see it as, I have this constant anxiety-

Mm-hmm

... and frame it as really negatively.

Then anytime it comes in our minds, we feel stress about it.

Mm-hmm.

Instead of saying, "Ooh, thank, thank you for that thought.

That thought is keeping me up."

Mm-hmm.

Like, literally as a tightrope keeps you up-

Yeah.

[laughs]

... right? It let's, it's holding me to make sure that I'm doing the things I really want to do and are aligned with what I really want out of my life.

Mm-hmm.

This is a beautiful thing that my mind goes here.

Like, what a great reframe.

Yeah.

I love that.

Yeah.

And I, and I think if we can hold space for it to, to understand that life isn't just happening to us-

... we get to choose-... what, what we wanna make of it, and that, that really is the basis of what I love to teach women, is how to be intentional in their lives, how to create and show up and put, put their gifts into the world in the way that they want to.

So I'm gonna ask one question just starting out, m- may come back into play in your framework and as we're thinking about things later.

Mm-hmm.

One of the questions I get the most is, like, how do I know if an idea that I have of something I want to create or that I'm thinking about creating is an idea that's just me, it's an idea that's bad, that's gonna actually dera- derail me from the things I care about most, is an idea that God wants that I don't even really want-
