We'll go more into that, but I'm curious, like, what was the difference for you or what was the element for you about, no, you had the, I guess the act acting, the, the training with the acting background and with the voice and then this healing thing, like what was the thing that blew your mind? And, and it was like, wow, what were you finding that was the next level for you?

Well, one of the things for me is that, you know, as an Aries and sort of probably a go-go person, I have never really, because of my own personal patterns and trauma, really fully been able to receive.

And that's, of course, got me into all sorts of hot water in my life, as it does in relationships, et cetera, on all levels, really.

The woman, Gisela Romert, and her husband, who was an engineer, had researched the voice at the local institute.

And one of the core things they discovered was that the voice is anchored in the female body, in the female anatomy of the body.

and so their work is very much about everything that that involves about complete surrender and exploration of the right brain and the feminine brain and that just reorganizes the being and i mean a simple aspect for me was working one day with the idea of receiving and um just realizing i i

So on a simplistic level, you have the masculine energy, which is, ah, you know, and then you have the feminine energy, which is the invitation.

And when you link sound to that, it completely reorganizes the whole field of the body.

So that was one of my life-changing epiphanies, but I had several in that training, and it's those moments that changed my life are the ones that I include in my teaching now.
